What we collect
When you use this site we collect:
- Information you submit via the contact form (name, email, business name, message and any other detail you choose to include).
- Standard analytics about your visit (pages viewed, device type, country) via Google Analytics — only after you accept cookies.
- Standard server logs for security and abuse prevention (IP address, user agent), retained for a short period.
How we use it
We use contact form submissions to reply to you about your enquiry. We use analytics to understand which pages are useful and which aren't. We don't sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Who we share it with
To run this site we use a small number of trusted providers:
- Google (Firebase Hosting and Firestore) — to host the site and store contact form submissions.
- Google (Google Analytics 4) — to collect anonymised, aggregated traffic data, only with your consent.
These providers act as our processors and are bound by their own privacy commitments.
Your rights
You have the rights set out in the Australian Privacy Principles, including the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@seekadigital.com.au and we'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use cookies only after you've explicitly accepted them via our cookie banner. You can clear them at any time via your browser settings, or by clearing site data for seekadigital.com.au.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and bump the "last updated" date at the top.
