How fast can you actually start?
For paid media and SEO, we can be in the account within a week of onboarding. Landing Page Sprint: live in two weeks. There's no long strategy deck phase. We do the research, build the plan, and get moving.
Why no markup on ad spend?
Because marked-up ad spend is the oldest trick in the book. You pay Google. You pay Meta. You see exactly what you're spending. We charge a management fee for the work we do — not a clip on your budget every time someone clicks your ad. Ad spend and management fees are always separate.
What if I want to cancel?
30 days' notice. No exit fees. No holding your assets hostage. You get the account admin, the data, the work. Walk away clean or stay — either way, it's your call.
Do you take on every business?
No. We work with businesses that have a real product, real customers and realistic expectations. Pre-revenue startups, businesses with no idea of their numbers, clients who want to run the campaign themselves — we refer out. We'd rather say no upfront than waste your money.
Who actually does the work?
The person who scoped it with you. No handoffs to a junior, no offshore production team. We take on fewer clients deliberately so we can actually do the work properly.
Where are you based?
Sydney, Australia. We work with Aussie businesses all over the country, but we're Sydney-first. If that matters to you — good. We speak the same language.
What do you NOT do?
No social media management. No brand strategy decks. No 12-month lock-ins. No AI-generated blog content. No creative that isn't tied to a real business goal. If it's not on our service list, we'll tell you who does it properly.
Is the setup fee refundable?
It covers the first two weeks of build and configuration. Once that work is done it's not refundable — but you keep everything we built, even if you cancel afterwards.
Can I bring my own ads account?
Yes — and we'd prefer it. You'll always own the account, the data, and the historical learnings. We get manager access.
What if my budget is under $200/week?
The Landing Page Sprint is a better starting point — one focused asset, one focused offer. When the offer is working, we layer paid media on top.
