Do you mark up ad spend?
No. You pay Google and Meta directly. Your spend goes from your card to the platform — we never touch it. We charge a flat management fee for the work we do. The two are always separate invoices.
How much should I spend on ads?
It depends on your market, your offer, and what a new customer is worth to you. Most of our clients start at $150–$400/week in ad spend. We'll tell you what we think makes sense before you commit — and we won't push you to spend more than the return justifies.
Can I pause or cancel?
30 days' notice to cancel. No exit fees. The account, the data, the work — all yours. We don't hold assets hostage. You can pause campaigns at any time directly in the platform (it's your account).
What if I'm already running ads?
Good — we have historical data to work with. We'll audit the existing account first, tell you what's working and what isn't, then scope the rebuild. We never make changes without a written plan you've seen and agreed to.
